How quickly will my subscription be activated?
After successful payment, your subscription is usually activated within 5–15 minutes. For satellite subscriptions we need your SmartCard number, which you can send us via WhatsApp or email. OTT subscriptions are linked directly to your DigitAlb account.
On which devices can I watch DigitAlb?
With DigitAlb OTT you can watch on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), smartphones, tablets, Amazon Fire TV Stick and in your web browser. Depending on the package, 2–3 simultaneous streams are possible. Satellite works with any DigitAlb-compatible receiver.
What is the difference between Satellite and OTT?
Satellite: Requires a satellite dish and receiver. Best picture quality, independent of your internet connection.
OTT (Streaming): Runs over the internet on all devices. More flexible, as you can watch anywhere internet is available. Catch-Up TV and Video on Demand included.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept TWINT, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PostFinance, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Datatrans. You can also pay by bank transfer with QR invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew automatically. You can take out a new subscription at any time. Our support team is happy to help with any questions.
